Histoire Scheurebe is widely regarded as the most successful of the many German grape crossings that emerged in the 20th Century. It is most commonly produced as varietal white wine that may sit anywhere on the sweetness spectrum, from bone dry right through to lusciously sweet Trockenbeerenauslese.
