The wine will be fine, I have reservations about UPS. I ordered the wine on 3/12 and received it on 12/12. They were not able to deliver on the date they gave of 10/12. (I made arrangements to be at home) and on 11/12 again said it could not be delivered ‘delayed in transit’ I was again notified that delivery would be made on 12th December between 8:30 and 12:30, this changed later to 9:30 - 12:30, after waiting in, it was finally received at 2.18pm when I had gone out. It had to be left outside in the rain. Good experience with your company and product but not so good with the courier.

I have been using xtrawine for sometime now and I marvel at the range they have. I have also asked about a particular wine producer i like and sent an email and had a reply saying the wines from this producer will be on the list by week end. Brilliant. One small Glitch for some reason they now use UPS and they are a bit of a nightmare. Compared to FedX. But one quick call to Flamina the voice of reason all my fears were sorted. She’s a credit to the company, very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable even had time for a bit of a laugh. Buona Giornata
