Good customer service, but need improvement on delivery communication

Been using xtrawine for many years now and it's still the great service it always has been. Really broad selection of wine that I cannot find elsewhere at good prices.

Excellent company. I've been running a specialised Italian wine course, and these people make it easy which a *huge* range of wines - all at reasonable prices and with a fully functioning website that allows for easy filtering by any number of criteria. Delivery has been very good. (allowing a week or two for the wine to ship over) A godsend.
