Still red wine, 16% ABV, produced by Tenuta Santa Maria in Veneto. Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva, 2019 vintage. An Amarone Riserva that expresses the excellence of Valpolicella, a powerful and complex wine, the result of careful grape selection and lengthy aging. The elegant and complex nose offers notes of cherry jam, dried roses, and spicy spices. Ruby red in color with garnet highlights. On the palate, it is warm and smooth, well-structured, with a high alcohol content balanced by velvety tannins and elegant acidity and freshness. An ideal wine to accompany red meats, game, and aged cheeses.

酿酒工艺 An early harvest is conducted at the end of September of the best grapes from the vineyards of Arbizzano di Negrar in the Valpolicella Classica. The grapes are manually selected and harvested into boxes and then laid out to dry for 4-5 months in old fruit lofts on bamboo and wooden areoles in a protected but ventilated environment. Towards mid-January, once the sugar concentration is reached (after the bunches have lost 40-50% of their weight) the grapes are pressed and left to ferment for around 25-30 days at controlled temperatures with daily punching-down.
