描述
Still white wine from Tuscany IGT, 12.5% ABV, produced by Tenuta Monteloro (Antinori). 100% Pinot Grigio, 2023 vintage. A wine born in the heart of Tuscany, just outside Florence, in a unique terroir for growing Riesling and Pinot Bianco. The grapes are harvested in the early hours of the day. After destemming, the grapes underwent a brief maceration process, which allowed for the extraction of the variety's characteristic coppery color. After gentle pressing, the resulting must was transferred to stainless steel tanks where it was cooled to 10°C to promote natural clarification. The wine was then stored in stainless steel tanks at 10°C until bottling. The nose is intense and characterized by citrus notes of grapefruit and pinot grigio that combine with more delicate aromas of pear and aromatic herbs. Coppery color. On the palate it is fresh, balanced and savoury, characterised by a pleasant pear aftertaste.
