A still dry white wine from Veneto IGT, 12.5% ABV, produced by Giuseppe Quintarelli. Blend: Chardonnay, Garganega, Sauvignon, Trebbiano. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine that embodies the history of a family that has been producing wines of great character since 1900, slowly refined and aged for eight years in large wooden barrels and in bottle. The winery is located on the first hills of Negrar, approximately 350 meters above sea level. The landscape is characteristic of Valpolicella, with vineyards, olive groves, and cherry trees. The nose is striking for its cleanliness, with delicate aromas of ripe fruit, with apricots and even a hint of yellow peach. Straw yellow in color with some golden highlights. On the palate, it is a very pleasant wine, with discreet acidity and a fairly long aromatic finish. Recommended as an aperitif and appetizer.

The company is located in the foothills of Negrar approximately 350 meters above sea level.
