A Pinot Grigio born from the Primosic family's passion for Collio, a unique region where viticulture is an integral part of its history. The nose evokes violets, raspberries, and red fruits, a preview of its intense copper color, created by fermentation on the skins. On the palate, it is powerful and complex, with warm notes of red fruit; a rich and mineral finish, a wine that perfectly expresses the character of its terroir.

The must remains in contact with the skins for 6-7 days. The wine must is then separated from the skins and placed in 600-litre Slavonian oak casks to continue alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. |
