This Bianchello del Metauro Doc bears the nickname of Gioachino Rossini, the Swan of Pesaro, to honour the bond with the land and the city through this native vine. A fragrant, pleasant, pale straw-coloured wine with a floral bouquet of hawthorn and chamomile flowers together with a fruity taste.
