描述
Marsala Superiore Oro Dolce Bip Benjamin Riserva, a sweet fortified wine from Sicily, 18% ABV, produced by Pellegrino. Blend: Ansonica/Inzolia, Grillo. 0.75 L bottle, 2014 vintage. A Marsala Riserva born from the passion and tradition of a family that has been growing the finest Sicilian grapes since 1880. Fermentation is interrupted with the addition of brandy aged for at least five years in oak barrels. Aged for over 48 months in 80 and 50 hl oak barrels, with at least six months in barriques. The aroma is ethereal, with intense notes of melon and subtle notes of honey and medlar. Deep gold in color with amber reflections. The flavor is sweet and persistent, with distinct notes of apricot and baked pear. A perfect wine to pair with dry pastries and desserts.
