故事 Sauvignon Blanc, a grape variety with great personality, expresses itself fully only in selected areas of choice, among which the Loire, New Zealand and Friuli are traditionally known, and from more recent times, Chile, and in particular the coastal area of Leyda. Its name is inspired by the beautiful sunrises that rise from its vineyards, Albaclara is a pure Sauvignon Blanc whose grapes are hand-picked from the Leyda vineyards.

酿酒工艺 On arrival at the winery, the grapes were destemmed and subjected to gentle pressing. Fermentation, which took place at a low temperature in order to preserve the freshness of the grapes, took place in stainless steel vats for 12 - 15 days.
陈酿 The wine then matured on its own yeasts, with gentle pumping over every fortnight.
