The Bolgheri Bruciato is produced by the Tenuta Guado al Tasso, one of the most historic of the Antinori family, inherited from Piero Antinori's mother in the 1930s, but whose Gherardesche roots date back to 1200 years ago. The new flowering has brought life to this area on the Maremma coast and laid the foundations for the viticulture that has led the Bolgheri region to be considered one of the most wine-growing areas in the world. prestigious in the Italian and world panorama. In the Bolgheri amphitheater, the estate boasts a vineyard area of approximately 320 hectares that enjoys a perfect climate thanks to its proximity to the sea, whose breezes clear the sky allowing perfect sunshine to the plants and controlling the summer heat.

Il Bruciato is a Bolgheri DOC with a modern vision thanks to the geological variability of the soils where the vineyards have been carefully selected, without ever leaving the unique terroir of Bolgheri. Il Bruciato is composed of a blend of red grapes led by the percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon with the addition of Merlot and Syrah grown in the alluvial clay-sandy soil on which the estate stands. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are carefully selected, destemmed and softly pressed. Fermentation is a very delicate art; in fact, the Merlot and Syrah undergo fermentation at a lower temperature to preserve their aromas and takes place partly in barriques and partly in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation for all varieties is carried out in stainless steel tanks. The maturation process ends by the end of the harvest year, and once this phase is complete, the varieties are blended and returned to the barrique to complete the refinement, blend together, and evolve before bottling. The Bolgheri regulations specify one year as the length of refinement, and in fact the wine thus obtained is released for sale on September 1st of the year following the harvest.

Tenuta Guado al Tasso is located in the small but prestigious Bolgheri DOC, on the coast of upper Maremma, about one hundred kilometers southwest from Florence. This appellation has a relatively recent history, DOC Bolgheri was approved in 1994 and since then it has become an internationally recognized reference point for the Italian and international winemaking arena. The estate covers an area of about 320 hectares (790 acres) planted with vines, set in a beautiful plain encircled by rolling hillsides known as the "Bolgheri Amphitheatre" due to its particular shape.

The noble Della Gherardesca family began practicing viticulture in the late 1600’s on their land in Bolgheri, but things really began to change under the guidance of Guido Alberto Della Gherardesca (1780-1854). He was a passionate about viticulture. He was appointed majordomo of Grand Duke Leopold II and then dedicated himself to enology in his family’s land in Maremma. This appellation has a relatively short history (it was established in 1994) but boasts international fame as a new benchmark in the world wine scene. Tenuta Guado al Tasso covers an area of approximately 320 hectares under vine in a splendid plain surrounded by hills known as the 'Bolgheri amphitheatre' for its particular conformation. Tenuta Guado al Tasso's vineyards are mainly composed of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Vermentino grapes, the latter cultivated with both white and black grapes. They enjoy a mild climate due to the nearby presence of the sea: constant breezes mitigate the heat of summer and the rigours of winter, clean the sky and keep the sunshine index high. Il Bruciato was born in 2002, in one of Tenuta Guado al Tasso's most difficult vintages, to tell the story of the unique terroir of Bolgheri in a modern style.
收获	The harvest began with the Merlot at the end of August, slightly earlier than average, and then continued with the Syrah and Cabernet Franc in early to mid-September before concluding with the Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon at the end of the month. The 2022 should be considered a vintage that is more oriented towards freshness and fruit expression than to power.

酿酒工艺	On arrival at the winery, the selected grapes were destemmed and softly crushed. Fermentation and maceration took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for a period of approximately 10 5 days at a temperature of 28-30 °C. Part of the Merlot and Syrah musts were kept at lower fermentation temperatures to better preserve the varietal aromas.
陈酿	Malolactic fermentation took place partly in barriques and partly in stainless steel tanks, and was completed by the end of the year for all varieties. Subsequently, the Cabernet Sauvignon was blended with Merlot, Syrah, and small quantities of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot: the resulting wine met again in the barrique, where it rested before bottling.
