Faced with the current climate challenges, we have chosen to take action to restore biodiversity to our terroirs.

2023 marks a turning point with the launch of two emblematic projects:

A hectare of high vines planted with Melon de Bourgogne grapes and a pear orchard in Fontaines, using agroforestry principles, to produce perry.

Development of a technical partnership with the Aubigny agri-biological farm: compost management, melliferous activity, orchards.

Our conversion to organic farming in 2019 is the fruit of meticulous work begun 7 years ago in the vineyard.
