A 100% Pinot Noir wine harvested with a low degree of alcoholic ripeness, but with a high potential acidity capable of preserving the freshness and primary aromas of the Pinot Noir grape over time. Our Elem alta langa is a pas dose which means that it has been topped up with the same liquid without adding sugars or other foreign product to the original bottle.
