A sweet red passito from Veneto, 13.5% ABV, produced by Corte Giara - Allegrini. 0.50 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Recioto della Valpolicella that embodies the excellence of the Venetian winemaking tradition, with a history rooted in the rural courtyard of Fumane. The hand-picked grapes in the first half of September, natural over-ripening in the drying room for four months, and aging in wood for 15 months give this wine a unique complexity. Intense aroma, dominated by an almost explosive expression of red fruits and aromatic herbs. Compact ruby red color. Juicy on the palate, excellent body and harmony, with a notable sweetness balanced by an elegant and fresh acidity that lends drinkability and great length.
