Still white Chablis 1er Cru Beauroy, 13% ABV, 100% Chardonnay, produced by Domaine Agnès and Didier Dauvissat, 2022 vintage. A wine that expresses the minerality and freshness of Chablis, with an elegance that makes it unique. Founded in 1987, Domaine Dauvissat is located in Beine, near Chablis. All the parcels were planted directly by our family with Chardonnay grapes, on soils composed of clay-limestone marl and small fossil oyster beds (Kimméridgien). Multifaceted nose, fresh citrus and ripe golden apple, aromatic herbs and a succession of biscuity notes, on a consistent mineral background. Beautiful straw yellow with golden reflections. On the palate, it is very youthful with an invigorating freshness, expanding with great volume, returning to the fruit in the mid-palate and finishing savory.
