Classic method sparkling rosé brut from Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC, 12.5% ABV, produced by Cantina della Volta. 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara, 2020 vintage. A classic method that expresses the excellence of the Emilian terroir, with careful vinification and a fine, persistent perlage. Manual harvest, pressing according to strict fractionation criteria. Aged for 6 months, then refermentation in the bottle at 12°C. Magical nose with a bouquet rich in aromatic hints of raspberry and wild strawberry combined with notes of old rose and hints of pomegranate. Pale pink color. Vigorous acidity on the palate, with a touch of refined savoryness that entices both sipping and pairing.

The company is based in the original building of the Cantina Bellei, built by Christian’s great-grandfather on the banks of the Naviglio di Bomporto canal, near the 18th-century dock, where boats would perform la volta (‘the turnaround’) before setting sail once more to return back to the city of Modena. It is to this place, steeped in meaning and history, that we owe the symbol of the riverboat and the company name of the Cantina della Volta. 阅读更多

| 酿酒工艺 | Lambrusco Rosé di Modena Spumante D.O.C. is obtained from a selection of the best Sorbara grapes harvested exclusively by hand with 17 kg crates. The bunches are treated carefully to avoid any damage during transport and arrival at the winery. Pressing is carried out according to strict fractioning criteria. The must undergoes clarification followed by alcoholic fermentation in steel vats at controlled temperatures. |
| 陈酿 | After remaining for at least 6 months inside the tanks for the ageing process, the wine receives selected yeasts before bottling. The bottles are then stored horizontally in piles for the long re-fermentation process and maturation at a constant temperature of 12°C. The following steps are riddling, disgorgement and liqueur d’expédition addition. |
