气候 Exposure: south-east.
酿酒工艺 Pre-fermentation cold maceration. Alcoholic fermentation for about 2 weeks in open stainless steel vats, with mechanical punching-down and several pump-overs. Alcoholic fermentation is followed by post-fermentation maceration with the skins.
