Alto Adige DOC still white wine, 13.5% ABV, produced by Tiefenbrunner. 100% Sauvignon Blanc, 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Sauvignon Blanc that expresses the elegance and harmony of the Alto Adige terroir, produced by a family that has been dedicated to viticulture for five generations. Pleasant notes of nettle, elderflower, sage, and mint precede a fresh, minerally palate. Fermentation at a controlled temperature (20°C) for 10 days in concrete barrels, followed by aging of the blend for 4 months on the lees until bottling. A wine that pairs perfectly with fish and vegetable dishes.
