A brut classic method sparkling white wine from Burgundy, produced by Terres Secretes. 100% Chardonnay. 0.75L bottle. A Crémant de Bourgogne born from the passion of a group of winemakers who have been cultivating vines with passion since 1957. Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Aged on lees for 18 months. The nose is subtle, with notes of a savoury oriental bouquet. A fine and delicate perlage. Bright gold. On the palate, it balances floral vivacity and the finesse of white fruit aromas. Long on the palate, fresh and elegant.

It all began back in 1957, in the small village of Orches, nestled beneath a limestone cliff in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune area. At the time, they were just a small group of ten or so wine growers, who had no idea how big their venture would become.

And yet these pioneers were already convinced that they would be stronger together. A few decades later, the Cave des Hautes-Côtes, the only cooperative wine cellar in the Côte d’Or region, is proud of its heritage and has expanded to include 80 members. 閱讀更多
