Our approach, when it comes to vine and wine, intends to preserve an expression of nature that is as pure as possible. Our philosophy can be summarized in a single sentence : "The best wine is made using the best grapes."

In the vineyard, we give priority to handwork and preventive methods. Our aim is not to eradicate diseases but to preserve or help create a lively and varied ecosystem.

Therefore, vinification and maturation do not consist of shaping wines according to our own wishes but in keeping and protecting a unique and fragile creation of Mother Nature. This enables you to discover all the aspects, all the differences, in other words, all the subtleties of our appellation.
