收获 By hand, with small crates. Grapes are dried for about 3-4 months in dry, well-ventilated rooms.
酿酒工艺 Once grapes have reached the ideal degree of dryness, it is pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks. Once fermentation has started, it continues for about 30 days, allowing the wine's high alcohol content to develop fully.
