描述
Umbrian still white, 10.5% ABV, produced by Santa Cristina (Antinori). 2024 vintage. A wine that embodies the freshness and elegance of Italian whites, with a particular focus on quality and tradition. The first vintage of Santa Cristina was produced in 1946, and over time it has become a benchmark for connoisseurs and beyond, thanks to an unwavering commitment to quality. The grapes were vinified separately, following the ripening times of each variety. After destemming and gentle pressing, the must was chilled to 10°C to promote natural clarification. On the nose, it displays fruity and floral notes reminiscent of pear, pineapple, and orange blossom. Straw yellow in the glass, it is balanced, fresh, and slightly soft on the palate, with a fruity aftertaste that recalls the aromas perceived on the nose.
