Crémant de Limoux Carte Azur Brut by Salasar, from the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France, classic method, 90% Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Pinot Blanc, 12% ABV. A Crémant de Limoux that expresses the freshness and elegance of the terroir through an intense perlage with very fine bubbles. An intense bouquet of brioche, accompanied by aromas of honey and hazelnut. A lively attack on the palate, quickly dominated by floral aromas (acacia) and white-fleshed fruit. Ideal with fish dishes and cheeses.
