Salasar winery founded in 1890 is located in the Haute-Vallée de l'Aude at Campagne sur Aude, its 60 hectare vineyard is located within the perimeter of the Blanquette and Crémant de Limoux appellation and benefits from a great climatic resource as it is located in the mountains between 300 and 500 m above sea level at the foot of the Pyrenees.
