描述
Still white wine from Puglia, 12.5% ABV, produced by Terre Cevico. 100% Vermentino. 0.75L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Vermentino that expresses the sunny side of Puglia through attractive aromas of peach, lemon zest, mango, and dried herbs. The Vermentino grapes are carefully selected from low-yielding vineyards in the province of Lecce. On the palate, the saline minerality presents itself and blends with a complex and pleasantly fresh acidity.

In the 1960s and ’70s Terre Cevico began trading its wine, exclusively in bulk. A step forward, in the ’80s and ’90s, was that of selling in standard and larger-size bottles. Since 2000, in line with feedback from the market, Terre Cevico has started to produce and package wines in cartons and bottles for the HORECA channel.
Today Terre Cevico is a Group that operates principally in Emilia Romagna, but also with its own wineries in Veneto and Puglia. Terre Cevico’s wines are present in 69 countries around the world, especially in, Japan, Russia, Sweden, United States, Great Britain and Vietnam, with a consolidated group turnover of 196,7 million Euros. 閱讀更多

| 酿酒工艺 | After a delicate destemming, the grapes are not crushed but left to macerate on their skins for about 12 hours at 4°C to increase extraction of the delicate aromas. The grapes are then gently pressed, and the clarified must is placed in stainless steel fermentation tanks. Fermentation is carried out using selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 15°C and lasts about 10 days. |
