描述

The history of Etna is studded with the historic eruptions which have shaped it. That of 1614 is legendary, lasting ten years and the longest ever recorded, halting just on the border of the vineyards of Sciaranuova. A name intensely evocative of the Cru dell’Etna; Carricante with a small addition of Riesling. High-altitude black soils confer a fresh, tasty and mineral style.

To say Planeta is to say the best Sicilian wine reality. Closely linked to the place where it is located, the Cantina Planeta offers a series of labels of great territorial adherence, truly unique: La Baronia in Capo Milazzo, Dispensa in Menfi, Buonivini at Noto, Feudo di Mezzo on the Mount Etna in Castiglione di Sicilia and Ulmo in Sambuca di Sicilia. 酿酒工艺 The grapes are picked into crates and immediately refrigerated at 8°C, selected by hand and sent for light destemming and crushing followed by soft pressing. The decanted must is racked, inoculated with yeasts and fermented at 15°C in stainless steel vats.
