Pascal and Laure Doquet's vineyards are located in the French municipality of Vertus, on the southern tip of the Côte des Blancs in the Champagne-Ardenne region. Fruity and floral aromas on the nose, accompanied by toasted notes. Straw yellow in color with golden highlights. On the palate, the wine is fresh, mineral, and balanced.
