來自這個酒莊
Moillard, historically based in Nuits-Saint-Georges, in the Côte de Nuits, offers Domaine wines (Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune) and a traditional signature of Burgundy wines.

Old memories of Nuits-Saint-Georges attest that the Moillard family already owned vineyards before the French Revolution. But the House really took off in 1850, when Symphorien Moillard bought his first wines to satisfy an order that was too large for his estate, thus initiating his trading activity. Since then, Moillard has carried out meticulous vinification and ageing work to bring all its wines to their full potential.

酿酒工艺 Traditional method. The grapes are pressed as soon as they arrive in the vat room in pneumatic presses and then placed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at 18 °C. The base wines are then blended. They then undergo a second fermentation in the bottle and a 15-month maturation ("Sur Latte") before being put into gyro-palettes and disgorged.
