A wine that reflects the passion and dedication of Michel Gahier, a winemaker who meticulously tends his vineyards. Aged in untopped barriques, where a layer of yeast forms that protects the wine from oxidation. Fruity and mineral aromas. Bright golden yellow. On the palate, it develops with good balance: a rounded and powerful wine, with good acidity and minerality, ending on a persistent and harmonious finish.
