描述

Boca DOC has several types of grapes; the Re Nebbiolo (85%), which finds its excellence in this area. The Vespolina (15%) also accompanies the King in its ageing even as a close relative. Vespolina is a very difficult grape to grow, being sensitive to damp weather and diseases, often with low yields, but this does not make us stop growing it because it gives our wines a great spiciness, a little fat, flowers that make us think of honey and supports without covering the structure of Nebbiolo.
