Still white wine from Alto Adige DOC, 13% ABV, produced by Cantina Kurtatsch, one of the oldest winemaking cooperatives in the region. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Kerner made from sandy and clayey soils rich in quartz and dolomite, fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel and aged on the fine lees. Intense aromas of fruit and yellow peach and lilac blossom open on the nose, a prelude to a palate where the solid acidity supports the minerality on the palate, with a long and juicy finish.
