It gives rich, articulate and complex organoleptic sensations, able to conquer from the first sip and able to involve until the last drop. The "Vino della Stella", Fiano di Avellino from the Joaquin winery, is a white product made entirely from Fiano grapes, fermented at controlled temperatures and left to age for a short period in cask, and finally refined for about six months in glass.

The story began in 1999, when Raffaele Pagano decided to express his opinions on ancient grapes, starting to work on Fiano, Aglianico and Greco, the standard bearer of a territory, Irpinia, dedicated to the viticulture of excellence.
