在 Julio Camsen 的記憶中，他年輕時曾與祖父和父親一起在 Mendoza 的葡萄園工作。在不斷尋找釀造葡萄酒的理想地點的過程中，2002 年，他在安第斯山的山坡上，圖蓬加托火山旁，找到了一個擁有釀造獨特葡萄酒絕佳條件的農場。在海拔 1,400 公尺以上的 Gualtallary 山谷，有一塊 230 公頃的土地，他選擇了這塊土地來創造 Huentala Wines。正是在這個接近天堂的地方，今天葡萄園的水源來自於科迪勒拉山脈融化後的最純淨的水源，葡萄園的努力成長造就了葡萄酒的品質。
