In 2002, Hirsch began producing his estate Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays with winemaker Vanessa Wong. In 2010, Ross Cobb took over the winemaking, followed by our current producer, Anthony Filiberti, whose first vintage at Hirsch was in 2016.
In 2011, the company started converting the company's vineyards to biodynamic viticulture. By 2014, all 72 hectares of vineyards were fully biodynamically cultivated. 閱讀更多
