Organic still white wine from Burgundy, 13% ABV, produced by Domaine Guilhem et Jean-Hugues. 100% Chardonnay, 2021 vintage. A wine that embodies the elegance and purity of the Burgundian terroir, with a history dating back to the 14th century. Toasted aromas, hints of cinnamon, and very ripe fruit pave the way for a powerful and refined palate. A sensory experience that celebrates a passion for the land and respect for tradition, ECOCERT certified since 2001 and biodynamically certified since 2005.

In the heart of the vineyards of Northern Burgundy in the department of Yonne (less than 2 hours from Paris), the estate covers 30 hectares and includes the municipalities of Saint-Bris, Irancy and Chablis.
In 1979 we founded the family business and we always wanted to pay attention to the land. After adopting the organic farming method for many years, we obtained an ECOCERT certification in 2001.
In 2005, our son Guilhem and his wife Marie, who have the same respect for the land, joined the company, which was awarded the same year by DEMETER for biodynamic certification.
For many years, we have worked on vineyards in the respect of denominations, consumers, people who work for the estate and, of course, the environment with a know-how that combines tradition and modernism. 閱讀更多
