描述
Still red from Tuscany IGT, 13% ABV, produced by Cuna di Federico Staderini. Red grapes. 0.75 l bottle, 2017 vintage. A wine born from Federico Staderini's passion for the Casentino region, with grapes vinified parcel by parcel. The chilly harvest of these sparse, sparse clusters comes after October 20th, when the beech trees in the Apennines are already in autumn, sometimes covered in snow. The Abrostine grapes, rich in color and natural tannins beneficial for the heart and circulation but potentially harsh, are entirely hand-picked into open tonneaux and immediately stamped with the feet to promote the extraction of anthocyanins during the first three days of maceration. Drawn early and aged extensively in wood, Sempremai is bottled by hand, like all our wines.

The remarkable day/night temperature range of these hills of ours gives finesse and brio to the aromas and the clay-limestone soils with their humours transfer persuasiveness and substance to the grapes.
In the total 4 hectares of vineyards, 44,000 pinot noir and abrostine vines, an ancient Etruscan grape, are planted as thick as peppercorns.
All the grapes are vinified parcel by parcel and each one for itself." (Federico Staderini) 閱讀更多
