描述
The wine has a bright light Golden colour, at the nose you feel an intense fragrance of bergamot and smoky black tea and peat, along with briny and ashen notes. In the mouth it's full, concentrated, juicy, balanced with intense yet very soft acidity.

Winegrower from father to son since the Thirty Years war in Europe (1620) the Humbrecht family has long winemaking traditions. Today Léonard and Ginette, as well, as Olivier and Margaret Humbrecht are working together at the Domaine.
Chanoine Barth, historian of Alsace wines, recalls that the Humbrecht family was already renting vineyards from the Abbaye of Marbach, near Gueberschwihr, in the 18th century. However, we only started to bottle our wines in 1947. Since then, we have only produced grapes from our own vineyards, making the wine and selling it under our own label.
Today the Domaine Zind-Humbrecht has 40 hectares of vineyards located in five different villages in the Haut- Rhin. 閱讀更多

故事 | The Rangen already appears in history towards the 12th and 13th century. It rapidly acquires this great reputation due to the exceptional quality of its wines. There is no doubt that vines were planted here earlier, however the first important transactions relating to parcels of this vineyard dating back to 1291. |
产地 | Rangen de Thann, the most southerly of the Alsace vineyards. |
土壤成分 | The soil structure of this famous locality is a very particular one and absolutely unique in Alsace. It is made up of volcanic rocks and sedimentary sandstones with a varying abundance of volcanic elements. It is strewn with stones eroded from hard rocks – growackes, volcanic tufa, and a rock flow of brown micaceous andesite. This layer has a thickness of around 40 to 60 cm above the fissured country rock, which allows the vine roots to penetrate to a greater depth. |
