Givry AOC still white, 13% ABV, produced by Domaine Ragot in Burgundy, France. 100% Chardonnay, 2022 vintage. A wine that embodies the elegance and finesse of Burgundy whites, the fruit of a family tradition passed down for eight generations. Pneumatic pressing, fermentation in vats, barrels, and vats for 6-8 weeks at a controlled temperature. Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels (40% new) and stainless steel tanks (20%). A wine that best expresses the Givry terroir.

Domaine Ragot is a family vineyard handed down from generation to generation since the 18th century and Nicolas represents the 8th generation.
When he arrived in the early 2000s, he initiated a global restructuring of the vineyard with the redevelopment of part of the plot, a change in cultivation methods and the construction of a new winery. Nicolas made these changes in order to improve the quality of his production while preserving the environment.
