故事 In the North of the Côte de Beaune, Domaine Maurice Ecard is one of the oldest estates of Savigny-Les-Beaune: The Climat « Les Serpentières » is located at the entrance of the village Savigny, coming from Beaune, on the hillsides on the right.
土壤成分 The soil is composed of limestone mixed with clay.
酿酒工艺 Traditional vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel. Pre-fermentation - temperature controlled cold maceration. Long fermentation during which pigeages and pumping over are performed.
