A unique sensory experience born in the heart of Champagne, in the terroir of the Ardres Valley. Aged for 3 years on the lees. The nose is pleasantly fruity with notes of cooked fruit, such as quince and plum. Intense yellow in the glass. A long, savory finish that invites another sip.

Our vineyard is located on the terroir of the Ardres Valley, a hidden and wild beauty of the western slopes of the mountain of Reims. Our estate has 7ha spread over the villages of Treslon, Faverolles-et-coemy, Savigny-sur-Ardres and Chaumuzy: a rich patchwork of plots and varied soils: clay, sand, clay-limestone. This gives an important aromatic palette, and the possibility of multiple blends. The estate's grape varieties are 55% meunier, 30% chardonnay and 25% pinot noir.
