The property includes 19 hectares of vineyards Appellation Marsannay, Fixin, but also two parcels as Grand Cru Bonnes-Mares and Clos de Beze. Bart Martin, jovial and friendly, here produce wines with maniacal care and attention to the vinification of the individual "lieux-dits" in Marsannay appellation.
