Still rosé from Etna, Sicily, 13% ABV, produced by Cuore di Marchesa. 100% Nerello Mascalese, 0.75L bottle, 2022 vintage. A rosé born from the passion of Piero Di Giovanni, founder of the Cuore di Marchesa winery, which produces Etna DOC following the rhythms of nature. Light cold maceration in the press, extensive bâtonnage until bottling and aging in cocciopesto amphorae. A delicately fruity aroma introduces a bold palate, accompanied by elegance and minerality, with minimal oak.
