Domaine Confuron-Cotetidot 於 1964 年誕生於勃艮第美麗的 Côte de Nuits，由勃艮第葡萄栽培界兩個重要家族結合而成。尤其是 Confuron 家族，從 17 世紀左右就有釀酒的傳統，其中一株黑皮諾甚至以其家族的名字命名，實際上就是 Pinot-Confuron。 酒莊位於 Vosne-Romanèe，包括勃根地最著名的葡萄園，自有葡萄園約 11 公頃，包括 Gran Cru、Premier Cru 和 Village。葡萄園採用尊重環境與葡萄樹的傳統方式，低產量且只在葡萄最成熟時採收。 在酒莊的傳統手工酒窖中，酒莊主兼釀酒師 Yves Confuron 與其兄弟 Jean-Pierre 不會將葡萄去梗，並採用長時間浸皮、少打孔的方式，而在 18 至 24 個月的陳年過程中，他們會使用木頭，主要是第二和第三段木頭。釀製出來的葡萄酒不經過濾，並在瓶中完成陳釀。因此釀造出成熟、濃郁、優雅的紅酒，酒質極為持久，非常適飲，絕對忠實地表達了其所屬的風土。 閱讀更多
