故事 The Novecento Rosso, is dedicated to the anniversary of the signing of the Papal Bull "PIE POSTULATIO VOLUNTATIS" in 1113 by Pope Paschal II, in which the Pope formally recognized the establishment of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta and placed it under the direct protection of the Holy See. In recognition of this 900 year-old tradition of noble and honorable service, this special wine is made every year by Castello di Magione.

酿酒工艺 Scrupulous agronomic procedures and the vineyards’ superb exposure provide exceptionally high quality grapes. Grapes are harvested from mid-September until early October. They are vinified separately, with frequent pumping-over and pressing.
