Classic method sparkling wine, produced by Kaltern Caldaro, 13% ABV, 100% Chardonnay. 0.75 L bottle, 2021 vintage. A wine made at the foot of the Mendel Pass, at approximately 600 meters above sea level, from grapes selected from vineyards with an eastern exposure. Aged in bottle on the lees for a full 48 months, with zero-dosage disgorgement. Fine and persistent perlage. A bouquet of white flowers expresses itself on the nose, while on the palate, the clean aromas and minerality dominate. The palate is salty and savory with a lively acidity that invites another sip.
