描述

Classic method pas dosé champagne, produced by Brocard Pierre. A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with some wines aged in barrels. No vintage indicated, 0.75L bottle. A unique sensory experience, with a delicate bouquet and fine bubbles. The aromatic balance of this cuvée derives primarily from the blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, but also from the barrel aging of several wines. The aromatic palette is quietly light yet very intense, easy to drink, dominated by coriander, vanilla, and the delicate woodiness provided by moderately warmed oak barrels.

This is the great grand father Georges, who began this nice history in winemaking his own champagne in 1932. Followed by Emile Brocard, Henri Brocard then Pierre Brocard the father of Thibaud.

This last one, took over the lead of the family estate under the eyes well advised of his father. He leads since 2012 years a viticulture of conviction. A responsible viticulture, and more : sustainable and responsible. An approach for the future of the earth and our children.
