Still red wine, produced by Augustali in the Sicily region, with 100% Syrah. 0.75 L bottle, 2020 vintage. A Syrah that originates in the hills of Monreale, in the province of Palermo, in an area dear to Frederick II of Swabia. Vinification on the skins with maceration for 8-10 days; fermentation at a controlled temperature (approximately 22-25°C). Aged in stainless steel tanks. Ample and persistent with pleasant notes of red fruit. Interesting aromas of black pepper and licorice. Ruby red with purple reflections. Velvety and enveloping, on the palate it presents good structure and persistence.

It's situated in the center of Castellammare Gulf, in the most fertile part of Bosco Falconeria between Alcamo and Partinico, a territory so dear to the Emperor Frederik II of Swabia.
