描述

Among the hills of Monreale, characterised by fertile soils of medium texture tending to clay and a Mediterranean climate, Syrah is cultivated, a grape variety that gives Sicily production of excellent quality. The organoleptic profile reveals it to be an original wine with intense, fruity aromas; the spicy and floral sensations typical of Syrah evoke all the warmth of the Mediterranean. Syrah represents 'the climate' from which it draws light, sun and wind that give it spirit.

The Augustali farm is located in Sicily between the provinces of Trapani and Palermo. It's situated in the center of Castellammare Gulf, in the most fertile part of Bosco Falconeria between Alcamo and Partinico, a territory so dear to the Emperor Frederik II of Swabia.
