At a time when the oriental and Japanese culinary tradition in particular is expanding more and more, this Brut cuvée can be paired not only with sushi but also with seafood crudités, with typical Japanese colours. The brut dosage of the sparkling wine in the bottle emphasises its distinctive characteristics of pear, citrus and wisteria flowers. Its dry and pleasantly acidic taste makes it an ideal companion for sushi, sashimi and raw seafood.
