Classic method sparkling rosé brut, produced by Altemasi (Cavit) in Trentino Alto Adige, 12.5% ABV, 2017 vintage. A Trento DOC born from the expert blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, aged for at least 36 months on the lees, for unique complexity and finesse. A persistent and subtle perlage. Complex aromas with notes of ripe cherry, blackberry, and red apple precede a full-bodied and enveloping palate. Rosé color with light copper highlights. The flavor is beautifully balanced and persistent, perfect for an aperitif or an elegant dinner.
