描述

An elegant classic sparkling wine Riserva Millesimato that Cavit produces only with grapes from great vintages. Graal derives from medieval Latin with the meaning of vessel, this name gained notoriety in the cycle of King Arthur's novels because it was associated with the cup used by Jesus during the Last Supper.

Origin Hills of Trento, Valle dei Laghi and Altopiano di Brentonico, an area with vineyards with a great sparkling wine vocation in Trentino.
Climate Altitude: 500-600 m. a.s.l.
Soil composition Medium-textured soils, fluvioglacial and volcanic, moderately shallow.
Wine making The perfectly ripe grapes were harvested by hand into crates for soft pressing. The must fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel and barriques.
